Moonshift provides an AI-powered platform for autonomous software development, including:

• Automated code generation based on user specifications
• Project deployment and hosting integration
• Real-time project monitoring and updates
• Marketing content generation

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

• Generate code that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Generate malicious code, malware, or harmful content
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your project descriptions, generated code, and other content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the Service.

5.2 Our Platform

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Moonshift and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

5.3 Generated Code

Code generated by the Service is provided to you for use in your projects. However, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable licenses for any third-party libraries or dependencies included in the generated code.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1 Pricing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Current pricing is available atmoonshift.io/#pricing. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7.2 Generated Code

While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that generated code will be bug-free, secure, or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before deployment.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonshift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Moonshift harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• We may delete your account data after 30 days
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
