Something feels off?

A normal build takes about 6 minutes. If yours is past 10, two things usually help:

• Refresh the page. Your site is probably already finished, the page just did not catch up.
• Check your runs. Open the dashboard. The latest run has a live link the moment it is done.

Two fixes, both quick:

• Use iterate. Type the change in one sentence. "Make this a bakery, not a restaurant." "Use British English."
• Start a fresh run. If your first sentence was vague, write a sharper one. Specific names, specific cities, specific offers work best.

Try these in order:

• Wait 30 seconds, then refresh.
• Open the link in a different browser or on a phone.
• Make sure you copied the full link, not just part of it.

By design. Moonshift uses clean neutral images so you can replace them with real ones. Even a phone photo of your space converts better than the prettiest stock image.

Tip: replace just one photo on the homepage to start. That single change is the biggest visible upgrade you can make.

Move to a paid plan. Then in your account, follow the "Add a domain" step. It walks you through two settings on your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.). Most people finish in 10 minutes.

You never have to use them. Nothing is published unless you approve it. Skip the launch posts and your site still works perfectly.

Delete the run from your dashboard and start a new one. You only pay for what you used. The next sentence can be totally different.

Click "Sign in" then "Forgot password." If your email is on our list, you will get a reset link. Reach out if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
