Something feels off?

My site is taking forever

A normal build takes about 8 minutes. Past 10, two things usually help:

• →Refresh the page. Your site is probably finished; the page did not catch up.
• →Check your dashboard. The latest run shows a live link the moment it is done.

The site does not match what I asked for

Two fixes, both quick:

• →Use iterate. Type the change in one sentence. "Make this a bakery, not a restaurant." "Use British English."
• →Start a fresh run. If your first sentence was vague, write a sharper one. Specific names, cities, and offers work best.

The link does not open

Try these in order:

• →Wait 30 seconds, then refresh.
• →Open the link in a different browser or on a phone.
• →Make sure you copied the full link, not just part of it.

My photos look generic

• →By design. Moonshift uses clean neutral images so you can replace them with real ones. Start with one homepage photo: that single change is the biggest visible upgrade you can make.

I want to use my own domain

• →Move to a paid plan, then follow "Add a domain" in your account. It walks you through two settings at your domain provider. Most people finish in 10 minutes. Stuck? Email us your domain name and we will do it for you.

I do not want the launch posts

• →Skip them. Nothing is published unless you approve it, and your site works fine without them.

I changed my mind about everything

• →Delete the run from your dashboard and start a new one. You only pay for what you used.

I forgot my password

• →Click "Sign in" then "Forgot password" to get a reset link. Reach out if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
